Legitimately Shareba, I'm going to Dollarama tomorrow to get this and gonna try to seed ahhaah. Any suggestions for what seeds I should get as a beginner gardener? I want some herbs for sure, but other than that, I have no idea what I should try to grow!
Awesome! Let me know what you find! Hmm, I wouldn't start thyme from seed if you're just starting out. It takes a very long time to grow. I'd get Thai basil, parsley, coriander. Coriander is great for spring because it likes cooler weather. Basil can't go outside until it's nice and warm. My Thai basil did fine indoors, but every regular basil plant I've tried to grow indoors has been poor. Potatoes are easy (grow from a sprouted potato). Container tomatoes will do well once they have enough calcium (either add powdered milk or slow-release Miracle Grow for veggies). Radishes are supposed to be super easy to grow! I'm trying those for the first time this year. They're just not something we use in our cuisine so I've barely eaten them, lol. I hope that helps!
