Full Set February week 2: The Necklaces - using Bargain Bead Box & BBB bundles

- This week I'm doing my projects for my personal challenge a little bit differently. Since I'm using my February Bargain Bead Box & 3 bundles I bought from Bead Box Bargains over the last few weeks, I'm going to be making each part of the set in groups. Today I'm making four necklaces, one for each box/bundle I'm working with. I'll be making bracelets tomorrow & then Rings and earrings on Saturday.

I also love the little boxes . They are perfect for projects you want to do . That way you can put everything you need except for stringing and tools you might need .

Part 1: Very beautiful necklaces. I’m tuned into necklaces at the moment. I usually make a bracelet and earrings sets for my sister and she recently asked me for a pendant because she doesn’t have many necklaces. 🤣 You managed four where I’m still working on one.

So happy I found your channel. I love your designs and the way you come up with your designs. I'm not as far in my jewelry journey as you but I've had a lot of things with big holes and I just slide enough cheap seed beads inside the large hole to hold up the large hole bead up without sticking out of large whole bead. That what works best for me

You mentioned your Son has agoraphobia and I completely empathise with what he must be going through. I have it too. I'm fortunate in that I didn't get it until later in life so I can bring up memories of being out and about, without agoraphobia. I'm amazed at what I used to be able to do. Please give your Son a hug from Lynda and let him know he's not alone and we're all cheering for him ❤

I have a very cheap trick for you with beading needles. Take a tall RX pill bottle and stick your needs in that…I have a big one that large enough to hold both used & still packed needles. No ouchies on footsies

I have those exact jump rings in the flower shaped box. The box is very confusing the bottom looks like it should be the top and vise versa so I open it upside down spilling them constantly. I finally put a T on the top.
It IS very confusing & I did that too. I wrote the jump ring size on the top so if I can't see the size I know it's not the right way up!
I use old pliers when using magnetic clasps because I magnetized a brand new pair of chain nose pliers and it drove me crazy.
I like the necklaces but am waiting to decide if I like it when you do a complete set vs. making each component of the sets, and then putting the sets together at the end.
That is SUCH a great tip! I have a bunch of older pliers I don't use anymore.
I like that the patterns on these were similar but the results were nicely different. As for the quote: You even referenced the towel, how could we not know? Now I’m thinking of a necklace with a focal that says 42.
