LET'S MAKE SOME FAJITA SUBS!!!!! 😋 😋
Had such a good time making this video for you all. I do love that nice smoke flavor on my sub. The best part for me was tasting all these flavors blended together. Reminded me of the years I lived in California.
For this recipe this is what you will need:
1 pack of your favorite smoked sausage
3 bell peppers (1 red, 1 green, and 1 yellow.)
1 bushel of green onion (for a garnish)
1 baking size potato
2 cups of bacon fat (this is to fry your potatoes)
1/2 block of pepper jack cheese
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/8 cup of whole milk
2 tablespoons of butter
1 of your favorite sub rolls
what I didn't show in the video is after I cooked and cut my bell peppers and sausage, I used a small bowl and combined the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, and the olive oil together and tossed it with my bell peppers and sausage.
