Yesterday you mentioned people using the streets as a toilet. That seems like the first area of public safety that I would tackle is sanitation. Seems like that would be a huge health hazard. Many people in your meetups and interviews have said "Education" but education means very little if people are dropping left and right from extremely poor sanitation, right? Maybe that was an isolated incident but still seems like a MAJOR issue to me that no one mentioned other than you.
