Hey your video just popped up in my feed so I watched. Great riding. I ride Peterborough North and the Kawarthas. What Go pro battery do you use and how long does it last in the cold. I want to film a ride. cheers thanks
Thanks man! Depends on the temperature, my GoPro 5 lasted a few hours in -8…..once it gets to -15 temps it drops a lot faster and the battery usually lasts about 45 min….definitely give it a shot!!!
So what kind of requirements do you guys have, I'm from South Carolina I'll be bringing my own snowmobile we don't need to register them here but I did buy the trail pass for the year, and I'm assuming some states need insurance or how does that work since I'm in South Carolina we don't need to do anything to these things.. thnx
I find cops are great to sledders here in North Bay, ON. As long as you’re not a complete a-hole and you’re not doing something totally out of line they don’t bother you. I I like to see trail permit checks.
I wish the OPP would also check to see if the trail permits are valid. Not saying yours isn’t, but all the officer did was a quick glance at the sticker. I’ve recently found out there’s a lot of fake permits being produced which hurts the industry…
Wow I never get checked for papers, once they see a valid sticker they let us on our way, to be honest never been pulled over by a female so she is probably just doing her job.
I don’t agree with the law-enforcement stop !! I’m sorry but unless your committing a felony - officers are under administrative authority only - this includes DNR officials- They all have been miss trained in there duties - enforce DOT regulations is not in there scope of work-
@@snowblind796 no there not - people are brainwashed into believing they do not have common human rights to travel freely - the Canadian government is a corporation just as the United States is a corporation or outpost of England 🏴 -
@@kdmigloo I didn’t say I liked or agreed with it. But this is what we’ve been turned into “A nanny state”. I’m sure it’s not just Ontario but the rest of the provinces probably have similar traffic acts. I think they should have a valid reason to stop a vehicle (no phishing either) and ID. Running a red, speeding , accident, etc.

Riding like an a-hole, rutting up the trail everytime you take off from a crossing and catwalking all over off the trails... gives sledders a bad name!
And your the guy who's always yelling at people who are actually having fun.. People are just out there having a good time, unlike you trying giving everyone else a hard time whenever you can
you run stop signs on video go off trail markers farmers are ready to pull there agreements with ont …. sorry but that is the stuff i wouldnt post on line 🤷🏻♂️
so why is a provincially funded police force enforcing the purchase of private property/private groups sales of trail permits? I mean the OFSA is a private group not a public group. shouldn't the cops be working to catch criminals or do public enforcement of the provinces laws? I don't think they should be enforcing a private groups right, the OFSA is not a public group nor do they do anything for the public. Get into a fender bender at a mall and the cops so sorry, its private property and I can't do anything. So next time i pull up to one of these I am telling them to fuck off on those grounds, you can't pick and choose now can you.
Cops have no business out playing on sleds instead of working fighting real crimes. Leave people alone who are just out having fun
Spot checks are an effective way to locate stolen sleds.
Yes they do keeping people safe for guys like you
Did you get that cops phone number ?? 😜
Dude no kidding!!
No. He sprayed her with snow to assert dominance and show that he ain’t no simp. Her panties immediately froze because they became so wet.
Not stopping, riding wrong side of trail crossing over intersection. Not surprised your getting stopped. To bad they didn't see you ride.

I guess they fixed the crazy vibrations on the Gen 5 with new engine mounts.
Be nice if we get some snow this year.....

Nice cop, quick no hassle.
I though forsure when u saw that cat with the hood up, you were gonna say " men it smells like cat 💩💩💩lol

Here’s my drivers license as he has his helmet and face mask on😂
It was plus 1 today and I leaned how to carve
Where abouts in ontario do you ride looks like barrie Collingwood area
There are a lot of drunks riding, good to see the enforcement from last year.
Yeah cuz that's why they are patrolling for safety.... Yeah right it's road pirates become trail pirates fucking swine
That’s pretty neat
You can change you suspension set up so you don’t wheelie all the time, so much faster when you keep the skiis down

Yes, she was very friendly too
you should have rode into brussels friendly town
She forgot to ask if you have any weapons or narcotics on board.
It's Canada, not usually worried about that in the great white north
The cops shouldn't be allowed to check your papers unless your guilty of a crime. That's just gistapo bs.

This rider doesnt know what a stop sign is. Pay attention.
True
I'm glad somebody other than me notices about stop signs good call

Nearly impossible to rut up a trail with a 1.6 lug, paid for my permit Hence why they get groomed

Good cop doing good work? nah thats harassment and revenue collecting, thats absolute garbage work when theres a massive drug problem across ontario.
Spot checks catch stolen sleds, its good work.
