Unique, original kites being flown by a bunch of friends. Makes for a fun, interesting day at the beach. Good show.

Great fun for all ages! I showed a former teacher colleague of mine a few of your videos and she showed her class and now all the kids want to make their own kites before the year is over. How awesome is that!
That's great to know, as most young people these days seem to have no interest in kites. I hope they have a lot of fun making and flying their kites.

Some nice video work showing a wonderful mix of kites. Long may the sunny Sundays continue. Brendan has certainly found a talent for flying his fighter kite. Not an easy kite to master.
He's a lot more clever than I am, Carl. I didn't dare to try that kite without its long tails.

Wonderful display!..I'm always amazed at how close together you fly... a veteran kiter here does the same..
If the wind is steady and the kites are good ones, it's possible to fly them very close together. But then if the wind starts to gust, terrible tangles can follow, as we've sometimes found in the past.

Great display and good to see the Ember Levitation back into production. I wish they’d also bring back their Scintillation kite, that was a great one.
Sadly, it seems that most of ITW's designs will not be seen again. I know they were still trying until recently to find a factory to make them, but the cost was too great in most cases so they didn't go ahead.
@@JimNicholls That’s a real shame. I’d better snap up an Ember before they’re dust!
They don't seem at all good at giving any information these days, but things certainly aren't what they were a few years ago when they were one of the top kite companies.

Beautiful delta kites! What was the wind speed ?
I never bother to measure the wind speed, since we have no control over it. But it was a very light breeze to begin with, and then increased later and became more gusty at the end. The weather is very variable these days, but as long as it's good enough to get some kites into the air, we're happy!

@MarkAGroh We are lucky to get very blue skies, Mark, but there may be fewer of them as we head into winter.
