I paint with acrylic paints and Debi’s DIY paints. You technique can be adapted to those easily? I hope so!!! 😅

@@adorablerepurposals6745 my daughter is “The Turned Leg” and sells DIY a paints. In China painting we paint from light to dark. With DIY you paint from dark to light but you can adapt the rose technique

Please share with me as to which paints you use and what medium do u use ? Do you use water or acrylic gel medium. We in India dont get all the stuff you use your work is beautiful

My paints are from Dallaschina.com and marylandchina.com. They are called over glaze paints or china paints and are made of minerals and ground glass that need to be fired in a kiln at 017. My medium is a semi drying one called Medium Plus but you can use various oils. Mineral oil is used to mix my paint and you can paint with it if you pat your brush VERY dry before picking up paint. Paint too oily will run when fired. Watch my beginner video which has all this information too. Hope that helps. I know there are many in India that paint porcelain. You can try PPIO.com (porcelain painters international organization) and they may have more information specific to your area.

It is a #10 Scharf quill brush that I am using These are available at art stores such as Dick Blick and they are on line. The Scharf metal ferrule brushes are also very good. Hope
      This helps
