  • In 2025, Honda will release the Accord and the Accord Hybrid. We are constantly reminded of the Accord's simplicity whenever we use one. There is enough furniture, plenty of space, and a cabin that serves its purpose. The agility is almost as good as a sports car. Its two eco-friendly engines, including a hybrid, propel it forward with gusto. In 2025, a blacked-out SE model will replace the affordable EX grade. Black 17-inch aluminum wheels, black shark-fin antennas on top, black window trim, and black mirror caps are standard on the SE. The SE's interior is upgraded with a power sunroof, heated front seats, a 10-way power driver's seat, and dual-zone automatic climate control. Two USB-C ports and vents for the back climate control are standard on all models today. A new 15-watt wireless phone charging pad is standard on hybrid vehicles, and heated steering wheels are now standard on the Touring variant. A 2025 Honda Accord can cost anywhere from $29,390 to $40,395 with all the bells and whistles. The EX-L Hybrid is an excellent choice for an upgrade. A larger 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, leather upholstery, a sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, front and rear parking sensors, and a more powerful 204-horsepower hybrid motor are some of its other prominent features. The LX and SE trim levels of the Accord are powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine that produces 192 horsepower. This engine is mated to the front wheels via a continuously variable transmission. It lacks all-wheel drive, just like earlier Accord models. The hybrid powertrain is given increased attention in the portfolio. The 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and two electric motors produce 204 horsepower; this powertrain is exclusive to the Sport, EX-L, Sport-L, and Touring versions. Both the non-hybrid 192-horsepower Accord and the hybrid 204-horsepower Accord managed 7.3 and 6.5 seconds to 60 mph, respectively, in our tests. The Accord hybrid is expected to get 51 mpg in city driving and 48 mpg on highways, according to the EPA. The city fuel economy of the non-hybrid Accord is 29 and the highway fuel economy is 37, which is quite modest. At 75 mph, the non-hybrid Accord managed a pitiful 40 mpg on our highway fuel-efficiency route. Just like the outside, the Accord's interior is sleek and uses design cues from previous Honda models, drawing the driver and passenger closer to their shared lineage. Air vents are hidden beneath a large honeycomb garnish, which is a noticeable design feature shared by both the Civic and the CR-V SUV.
