I just finished the run in 3rd try with speed o sonic and food hunter (ice) and "set speedosonic target to close" upgrading speedosonic to 4 and food hunter to max
And my strat is controlling tengen aoe(circle) killing the middle one in crowd and food hunter can deal with the runners that's all I did

Is need uzui to win and just need dont skip wait boss close you base and kill him but not a the boss can take damage to you base with skill because we get 25$ every some sec up uzui and control him that was easy to me of if you lucky and get anti hero that was more easy he bleed cheap 100k damage full aoe big range anti hero > uzui

Well here is an easy way to beat boss rush:
Get brook 5 star as main DPS
Keep placing for bb6
When have bb6 upgrade him to the 2nd upgrade.
Use your money to max brook.
After that try get any good sub DPS.
Control brook when ever a boss spawn and focus on it.
That how I beat it
