This 80% number is pure hog wash. In the 13 February 2018 published report from the SA government's department of Rural Development and Land Reform it is reported that only 22% of the total area of South Africa is owned by white farmers. 22% of which a significant portion lies in the Semi Desert Karoo and North Western Cape. You better ask your government what it is doing with the farms that is under his control.

Forget it. The ANC does not believe in private ownership. They will not grant full title. They will never give up state land.
