Can you transfer a +9 gear to a fresh gear without + but has blessings in it?
I wish u would tell them u can swipe if u want but its not easy cz other people dont sell what u need , the way u said it god u cab swipe to buy everything , while u cant really

You cannot sell the item with trait maxed, you transfer xp from current weapon to new weapon.

It will automatically transfer when you transfer your blue gear to purple gear.

Blessings getting consumed on failure is stupid AF.
They need to change that, maybe it shouldn't give you more blessings but at the very least it shouldn't consume the stack.

How about if my blue weapon have traits melee heavy attack want to convert to purple?
You lose your traits when you upgrade, but you transfer your blessings :)
