A little late for a response but playmakers was my go to. Now I will say I tipped the bartender well just because I knew I would frequent there from day one. With that being said, me and my friends would just walk up to the outside tables, and I kid you not, by the time sat, the bar tender would have one of the waitresses bringing our usual drinks out to us. We never had to wait for anything, or order, he saw us getting low, he’d send another order to us. I’ve still yet to get a spot on the rising tide, so I’m with you on that one. 🍻
I’m convinced it was the one particular waitress we happened to get because the rest were very friendly, they were also confused where she kept running off to haha. Your right though good bartender can make all the difference!
It had to be your waitress. We went too playmakers a few times and it was always great on our visits. Yes the walk up bar part is absolutely true. Everytime we would go up to the bar it was packed shoulder to shoulder and that was annoying but thankfully our waiter was really good.
I believe it was we could not even find her to get our bill at the end and the other waitress couldn’t find her either it was bizarre we’ve never had an experience like that on Royal Caribbean. Definitely want to give it another try!

You are the first to answer a question I've had which is "can I order from the wonderland bar if I don't plan on dining there?" So thank you for that! I thought bionic bar is an upcharge even with the beverage package?
I’m so glad that we could answer that for you. The bionic bar is included in your Deluxe beverage package! If you have the Refreshment package you can get non alcoholic drinks there as well as part of your package!
If you go to a specialty dinning room bar just to drink, not to eat, do you have to sit at the bar top or can you sit other places. For example at the Mason Jar, can you sit in the rocking chairs while you drink?

You can absolutely sit in the rocking chairs or the high top tables they have!
The only thing I use the casino bar for, is getting a soda at 2am lol
