Pizza stone is really useful, makes a real difference in end result.
One too is that pizza stone is to be pre-heated, before putting pizza bass on it. Can try it next time.
I agree abt the curry leaves. I know fresh tastes best. But sometimes can't get, or storing for long in fridge also the leaves lose taste. I tried this way....dry them up either in hot sun, or spread on a plate and heat in microwave. Allow to cool for few seconds and the leaves will be as dry as bay leaves. Store in airtight glass jar. They last for a very long time, like bay leaves, and really taste amazing when used in tadka.
Keyush and yesha always remind me of my childhood playtime with my younger brother and dad. Those are the memories that last forever and I miss them the most

Suchi, that is dragon fruit. It is white inside with black seeds which are edible and seeds look like black sesame seeds. The fruit is rich in antioxidants and is laxative (good for constipation). It does taste very bland, I would nothing basically. But is a very good fruit.

Salmon always taste better as a fry....just add salt pepper and garlic....that's it. Cook it with normal vegetable oil. We eat with dal and rice ( dal, bhat ar macha bhaja 👌) you don't need anything else.

The dragon fruit taste like kiwi 🥝 and yes it's not sour. In Mumbai they put it on fruit cakes as decoration. It's so common in Mumbai, every fruit vendor is selling it.
