Pebbles and rocks tumbled down at the shockwave emitted from the roar. Bubbly, hot liquid gushed out and the whole body glowed even more red. "How am I going to kill the beast?" You thought to yourself. Its eyes, its dead, sterile eyes were pointed at you. This is it. Either you die or you become a hero like no one has ever seen. You bend your knees, and you move. You dash as fast as you can at the beast before it can react. You don't know what your doing, but you know you are going to attack it with all you got. You jump, jumping higher than the height of the molten beast, your broadsword was poised at the center of the skull. You see a weak point, praying this kills the beast. You dug your weapon into the beasts head, and... and that was it. The last thing you felt were the scalding hot rocks that made up the beast. You don't know how long you pass out, but your hands, knees and stomach were burning in intense heat and pain. That didn't matter, you slayed the beast and the eternal flame was in front of you, floating in the hot air. You hold it by the center. It feels warm to the touch, but you aren't burnt by it. You won. The hero is you. The times you have been ostracized from society paid off, and with the flame in hand and the beast killed, you will become a hero, written in the history books forever...."

This was the one song from last year that I wasn't completely happy with the production. So for the Level 11 album version we made a few tweaks to bring out (to my ears) its full potential. Here is the list of changes: Rebalancing of bass guitar/ kick drum low end frequencies to create a more dynamic groove. Guitar EQ adjusted for a warmer, fatter sound. Some vocal volume levels adjusted slightly. Adjusted kick drum click to feel more natural and be slightly louder. Snare drum adjusted & EQ-d to have fewer distracting harmonic overtones and fit into the groove better. Some overall mix & master EQ & compression adjustments to create a more full, balanced sounding production.

Awaiting summons for that one day when the fate of the realm rests in the dire claws, of the weasel.
