Yaman.... You should actually squeeze out the juice from the grated lauki... And then add the besan.... In this case, you will require much less besan. You can try it someday. This is how I make my kofta curry.

It was yummilicious, your recipes are great man. I tried just a suggestion to add Green chilly ginger garlic paste in the gravy, it added a great taste in gravy who loves spicy food.
