It is based off the dc24 as the cleaner head matched the 24 not the 25 and the wand also matches the 24.

And the way the root cyclones are arranged. Small detail but the dc25 has a cyclone in the middle front of the bin and the dc24 doesn’t have a root cyclone in the middle front

if the handle doesn't go in for you, take off the battery compartment lid first as this can block the handle!
