      It is a powder made by grinding rice that is soaked in water.

    Wooooow...Can i prepare the wet rice flour at home? I soak rice for 8 hrs then dry it then grind it? Is that right,please teach me the right method to prepar wet rice flour.

      If you want to make that,
      1. Buy regular rice flour and mix with salt. Add 100g of rice flour to 1g of salt.
      2. If you have purchased dried rice flour, you can add 50% more water than the recipe. :)

    딸기로 만드는 간식 찾다 보게 되었습니다. 혹시 딸기 가루를 사용하는 이유는 무엇인지 여쭤도 될까요? 색을 내는 이유라면 식용색소를 사용해도 될까요?

    올리비아님ㅠㅠ이 댓글을 봐주셨음 좋겠어요..올리비아님 레시피대로 재료며, 순서대로 토씨하나 안틀리고 세번을 연속으로 만들었는데.. 모두 벽돌마냥 찰기가없고 으스러지네요..뭐가 문젤까요?😢
    똑같은 물솥에 중불로 팔팔끓인후 대나무찜기에 18분 뜸안들이고 했는데도 마찬가지예요ㅜㅜ불세기가 문제인걸까요? 꼭 성공하고싶은데...그리고 딸기즙돚내고 딸기가루도 넣었는데 색도 거의 하얗네요ㅠㅠ답글주시면 정말정말 감사하겠습니다😭😭🙏

      조각떡은 칼금을 넣어쪄서 뜸 시간 길게 갖지 않아요^^

      You can't refrigerate rice cakes. I recommend you eat it on the same. If you pack it individually and freeze it in a zipper bag on the day you make it, you can eat it longer.
      Take it out of the freezer and return it to the microwave for a minute and a half.

    쌀가루 습식맞을까요?
    저는알려주신 물g그람수보다도
    적게넣었는데 떡이 질었거든요.
    이유가먼지 알고 싶네요..ㅜ

      습식 쌀가루는 만드는 사람에 따라 수분량이 달라집니다. 방앗간에서 처음부터 수분량을 맞춘 상태에서 갈아주기도 하시구요. 이 레시피는 쌀을 불려 그대로 갈아낸 상태로 맞춘 레시피입니다.

    딸기로 마지막에 포장하면 나중에 딸기가 맛이 면하거나 뭉드러지거나 하진 않을까요? 생딸기라 변하진않을지 궁금해요~

      아무래도 생딸기라 그렇죠
      만드신날 드실것만 딸기 장식을 올리고 냉동해서 두셨다 드실거면 장식 딸기빼고 완성하시길 권해드려요^^ 장식딸기는 드실때 바로올리시는걸로...

    안녕하세요~ 요리초보라 모르는게 많은데.습식 쌀가루는 무엇이며 딸기가루는 직접 만드시거나 구매하는곳이 따로있느건가요?

      쌀을물에 불려서 빻은것을 습식쌀가루라하고 딸기가루는 인터넷이나 제과 제빵 떡재료 판매처에서도 구입가능하세요 :)

      @@safiramufida9372 sure. you can use that. cake textures are little bit different. Wet rice flour makes the texture more chewy :)

      Rice flour is 米粉. 粘米粉 is Glutinous rice flour. :)
