Learning from that first one, he sort of tweaked mine. He added a little more olive oil and brushed the edge of the crust too. He also put more sauce on mine. He lowered the temp to 400 and only cooked it for seven minutes. It was really good. He had mentioned maybe a little seasoning; we didn't try it this time but a little sprinkle of garlic powder on the crust or maybe some Italian Seasoning might add a little zing to it.
