    Oh man, after living there for 6 weeks in a student dorm, this seems like heaven. I know sharhouses can have down sides, but having people around all the time would make life so much more lively! Im going to defo look into a sharehouse for my next adventure in Japan! Thank you for the info!

    Thank you for being transparent with this. It really is great for someone to share all their experiences as an aussie. I am now encouraged to move into a sharehouse in JP when I am done with my degree 😂❤

    Sooo cool, congrats for moving to Japan! I used to live in Tokyo for two years as well, but then went back to Germany. A few years later now, I returned with my Japanese husband and we started living in Shizuoka like 4 months ago. I enjoy to watch you setting up your apartment. Have fun!!

      Love that you guys have lived in both countries and found your home back in beautiful Shizuoka :') my bf is also german so this story resonates with me so much as something I might do down the track. Sending hugs!!! xx

      yeppp i see a common theme of people coming to study first so it’s a more laid back experience, then they come back on a working visa 😊😊 good luck!!

    Are there Share Houses for older people? It seems that you have to be 39 or younger.

    How far in advance did you contact the share house company? I move to Tokyo in a few months and I know that share house units just go quickly.

    • @sakipan
      @sakipan  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      roughly 1 month prior to my move in date, however if money isn’t a huge sacrifice i think you can reserve from 2 months in advance you’ll just be expected to pay that 1 extra month to reserve it. but i know lots of friends who found sharehouses with a week so don’t worry, there’s so many in tokyo :)

    This was so valuable. I’m going in October. Was looking at Oakhouse.
    Shared bathroom tho…
    Guys are so bad, women can be a bit….

      ahh that’s great to hear :’) i’ve heard oakhouse is also fine but i think borederless focuses more on the house “community” and puts effort into foreigners making friends!

    Hi There,
    I saw that you have a great TH-cam channel. I also saw that you struggle a lot with your TH-cam channel and very dedicated to your TH-cam channel.
    I analyzed your channel’s previous video and updated video and found that your content is also Must better than other channels but your channel is not properly SEO optimization. Your SEO result is 70+ out of 100. But you don't have any tags in your channel . TH-cam is not finding your channel properly. That's why your channel is not getting ranked and video views and subscribers are not coming.
    From my TH-cam optimization professional experience, you should change it. Then you will see views coming to your videos and subscriptions to the channel increasing.
    Thank you.
    Best Regards
    Mahabur

    Quick question cause I am moving to Japan in TWO weeks and my work has asked me to find accomodation prior to move in. Were you able to book your accomodation from outside of Japan? or did you first get in the country and THEN found this place?

    • @sakipan
      @sakipan  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      i confirmed with my sharehouse and paid my deposit all while i was in australia, about 4 weeks before moving to japan so you’ll be just fine!
