I am a Northwich born and bred gal, now 66! I haven't been to town for years because of my mobility. It does still look lovely,but like a ghost town,it was such a vibrant place to shop, sadly I think retailers have fallen prey to high rates maybe? I used to go to the Saturay morning flicks(The Plaza) for sixpence, oh my days,so many fond memories. Ty for staring this walk👍 ( maybe a walk around Marbury Park and Anderton boat lift) lots of History and ghostly tales to tell👻

I just got back. It is emptier now. I walked from castle to town.
I'm from weaverham. Maybe our paths crossed in the 70s and 80s.
