Managing such talents is so difficult. The HR must be interviewed to get that side as well. I say so cos of:
1. In his explanation the lady has a recorded discussion between the two of them.
2. He confessed to the act and that will mean applying the HR manual. If it says suspension, that will have to heppen or if it says dismissal so shall it be.
3. He also talked about absence of work. The addition of two different panels was to ensure business continuity and not for any malice.
4. He has to right to resign and I think that is what he has done.

That is how some of the young guys who God has blessed them with some money behave to their workers don't mind him he will need you one day.
I think it's fair enough for you to say the truth by confirming that you proposed to the lady. It's good you have chosen to be truthful. As one door closes, another door opens.
I can tell that he thought he was untouchable because of his contribution to the show. Workplace is work place. You don't joke with what is widely perceived as harassment in the workplace. Absence without employer consent can lead to dismissal. He knew all these rules in his workplace. I'm a man too - he wasn't really joking as in joking - he would've done whatever with the lady. We aren't kids! I would like to thank the owner of RTV for taking the right decision to ensure a good working environment for all employees.

@@georgetitus-glover6228 We are all speculating here of course but at the same time we has to try to critically analyze it. I really doubt he will be fired for just asking someone out. Harassment can be as simple as making unwanted advances for someone once the person has already said no. Especially in the workplace. He may not see as a big deal but from the other person's perspective, it can be totally different.
