      New River is light years ahead of any other cutter wheel option for sure!

      It would be the RevLite wheel for the SG40. Brad, the New River sales manager, can be reached at 412-979-2236

    What's the biggest stump you've done with your sg40? And roughly how long g do you think it took? Just curious as I'm in the process of buying one. Thanks in advance great videos by the way 👍

      I think the first one I did was a 70” elm. It was about 2.5 hours if I remember correctly. I was constantly moving mulch but there was no access for anything 30”’or wider. That was the stump that made me pull the trigger on the SG40. Elm here cuts awesome. If it was a cottonwood it would have taken double or more time

    So how do like the sg40 now, hove you gotten all the problems worked out? I have gotten mixed reviews from other guys it seems like a 50/50 no problems or the other way and a lot of problems.

      Right now it’s been working. 7 hours on it with no mechanical breakdowns. That’s the longest stretch yet. It serves a purpose. I’m using it for a different purpose than most as it’s a limited use specialized tool. It does a good job on small stumps for sure. Really haven’t tried it on big stuff

    I am interested in installing a remote on my SG40. Can you give me the brand name and the model on the remote please. Has it given you any trouble?

    • @ByeStump

      It’s a scanreco remote from a crane. I got the entire setup including the valve box from Grind It in Lutz, Florida. The remote and the New River cutter wheel are the 2 things on this machine that haven’t given me trouble.

      @@ByeStump Thank you for the reply. I spoke Dillion today I hope to get one installed. If you have any advice before I do please DM me!

      @@tracytvy it’s pretty straight forward. As long as the machine you get works the remote is the easiest part

    How did you get the SG40 with a remote? I can’t see it anywhere on their website. Great videos!

    • @ByeStump
      @ByeStump  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The remote is not an option through the manufacturer. It’s an aftermarket assembly I bought from a business in Florida. I can get you the details if you’d like

    What's the price on this machine?

      I think Bandit sells them for 23-26k. I bought mine from a private party with a remote added for 32ish
