Thanks for the upload! Quality. I was at Bedrock's 5th anniversary @ Heaven a few weeks before this set back in december 2001. Digweed was obviously expected to play but not Sasha. So when Sasha turns up at the decks the roof lifts and place goes mental. Two tunes I will never forget from that night: Nat Monday - "Waiting (John Creamer & Stephane K remix) " & Cosmos - "Take me with you".
About 4 or 5 months prior to this show, I got to see Sasha & Digweed with Electric Skychurch in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.......... Whatta Party That Was!!! These guys always steal the show..... Amazing Performers.... just phucking amazing!!! Thanks for posting this!❣🕉 Much Love, Y'all!!❣❣

During that period i was at NY and Sasha & Digweed played at Twilo once every month and i probably was at most of them until the closing of Twilo. It was an amazing time and the music was incredible. They would wrap it up around 7~8am but the real music started playing around 4am, it was more commercial until 4am. I remember them playing Blue by Armin and people shouting and going crazy starting from the Intro. I think Armin was 19 years old then :-) Alcohol was out and buying a single bottle of water and refilling at the hallway towards the bathroom was in. For those in the know i salute you as well :-)

Lifelong house and techno head here. I saw Digweed in 2001 and Sasha in 2015 and they both played very good sets. Both of them played in venues that were pretty mainstream club venues so I know they weren't playing their best tunes to their most enthusiastic audiences. It seemed like even in 2001 Digweed played much deeper more housey tracks and took more chances musically than Sasha in 2015 so if I had to choose who to see again it would be a coin toss but I'd give the edge to Digweed. On their own, Digweed took the work man's low key route to build a formidable label and podcast show that IMO has greatly overshadowed Sasha's label and output, but Sasha was an is such a legend early on and has some legendary sets that Digweed's output seems almost irrelevant in comparison. Both are legends. Even as an old man, I'd still pay to go to see them together at the drop of a hat.
Saw them play in Brighton in july last year. Quite disappointing. Well, great day and some great tunes but the set was pretty disjointed and there didn't seem to be much of the early connection they once had. S&D sets used to be carefully crafted journeys. July's Renaissance by the Sea gig failed to live up to expectations

He was so dark and dirty people were holding walls and he just kept coming and coming and coming and darker and darker and darker. Place was rocking. Sasha in Kellys and again 3 hours - place was ROCKING. The place was HOPPING. 19.00 mins - Get in there

A bunch of us from Vancouver Island went down to Victoria!!. The rave was called " Summer School" 10'000+ people in a Arena!! Sasha and Digweed ( rank 1 was there also)!!. It was like, EARGASMIC!! THE MUSIC WAS AMAZING 😍!!. I WAS WRECKED ON White doves and Orange Tulips ( E) haha. Danced for 6 hours straight!! Took us 2 hours in line before even getting in the arena. But the wait was ssoo worth it!! This music changed my LIFE 😂!!. ❤

A bunch of us from Vancouver Island went down to Victoria!!. The rave was called " Summer School" 10'000+ people in a Arena!! Sasha and Digweed ( rank 1 was there also)!!. It was like, EARGASMIC!! THE MUSIC WAS AMAZING 😍!!. I WAS WRECKED ON White doves and Orange Tulips ( E) haha. Danced for 6 hours straight!! Took us 2 hours in line before even getting in the arena. But the wait was ssoo worth it!! This music changed my LIFE 😂!!. ❤
