As every one knows this year 12 th cbse exams are difficulty level os much higher than previous year.
Obviously cbse students unable to compete State board students.
But cbse student should not worry too much about,
Now a days industry looks skills,so even if you have got below expected colleges, still you have chance to prove industry ready students.
Don't lose hopes,this current reality.
Concentrate more on counseling, choice filling.
Branches are more important than institute.

Yes brother you can take a drop year for JEE. I myself a JEE dropper. Make sure to join any coaching (online or offline (offline is preferable)).
