So (not expensive stuff) to do for, at leats, aging well:
    Avoid stress when is possible.
    Learn to use breathing techniques.
    Check your blood periodically.
Schedule and plan your meals and sleep which must include sleeping well and do not eat heavy stuff or trash food, especially before sleep.
Avoid drugs, move or meditate instead.
Stay hydrated and have your minerals and metals properly on your diet,
Eat vegetables, fruirs, nuts, and seeds that you know you might digest better and avoid inflammation.
Train vigorously without being exhausted 3 times a week and remain active the rest of the days.

There are better and cheaper ways to control blood sugar
Also, I would never take iron supplements since most are not very bioavailable and I have had more clients with iron toxicity issues than with actual deficiency
The bo sunlight also does not make any sense and neither does the all cooked diet
I am fully onboard with a plantbased diet and it’s changed my life, but I feel a diet high in raw nutrients works best

Regarding your clients I would hope they have an actual blood test made to see if they need the supplement or have too much of it. With any type of fat soluble vitamins or minerals-metals that are not peed out-overconsumption causes toxicity.
FYI-One of the meals in his diet is also raw and not cooked. The scientists and doctors who work with him have a goal to make his organs younger. They have done modifications for his diet and continue doing so based on facts. For his body eating only raw compared to balanced meals-only raw made the digestion process worse aka aged the organs(it`s written in the blog). It`s not about feelings, it`s about science. I feel great after eating chocolate, doesn`t mean only eating chocolate is necessarily good for me.

I got intravenous NAD+ therapy for a horrible benzo addiction that destroyed my life and it worked. I also felt a huge increase in stamina, 'purification' of my bowels due to my gluten intolerance and delicate stomach, a huge increase in flexibility, agility, mental clarity...it lasted a few weeks, but the overall effects last more subtly for months. Now I get it every three months, for six hours at a time. It's expensive, but I'd rather spend my money on this than all the useless shit I could be spending it on.
A lot of people are missing the point here. It's not about looking younger per se. It's about *feeling* younger. How can that possibly be a bad thing?

I like this guy and unlike Dr David SInclair who TALKS about longevity, Johnson actually uses his own body and has the data to backup his Blueprint concepts….not, hey, we have a few mice in the lab that can run faster w this new protocol or my father seems much healthier cuz he can now walk a lot, but this guy delivers on his promise and shares every detail with us.

He’s just not as “out there” publishing every detail of how it’s effecting his health. As a 60-something who’s starting to feel done of the less-pleasant effects of aging, I appreciate everything that all of these longevity focusers are doing to help us learn how to enjoy more years of “healthspan” as well as lifespan.
