What I wouldn't give to be back at Walt Disney World for the 50th Anniversary! I was there when it opened! I have always been a lover of Disney music, especially the choral music. Funny that even at 56 years of age I still tear up when I hear the old classics liked Wish Upon a Star, with the beautiful harmony. Oh to go back in time when I had more energy and America wasn't at each others throats! Love your performance! Thank you for taking me away if only for a few short minutes!
It doesn't help that they are all individually might which I get cuz they were outside it's the only way to do it but you don't get to hear that lovely blend from inside the rotunda... It also shows how overarranged the songs that they sing are it works in the rotunda but outside it becomes a bit of a mess
Well this is disappointing. I agree they have to sound better in the rotunda. I’ve been wanting to come see them for 10 years. And now I, finally going back and they are outside. Not impressed.
If you were actually there, would it sound the same? You are listening to this from one set of speakers. Note the applause coming across differently from other side. In person would be different. I look forward to enjoying this in person in a couple of weeks.
@@nancyb4977 Agreed. The likely crappy speakers and the built-in microphone of the camera or phone. That all adds up to it sounding different. And why not just be happy that they're back and we have some form of entertainment to enjoy. Disney is extremely lacking in entertainment right now. I'm sure they WANT to be back in the rotunda and that they will be at some point. Right now though, they can't with social distancing and masks. If they were, the complaints would be about limiting the number of people inside or that they're wearing masks while singing (they would have to). Look at how far they're spread out on stage? They can't do that in the rotunda.
@@kmabru As someone who was there, it sounded amazing live. Keep in mind there were 30 mph wind gusts and you are not hearing what it truly sounded like there.

Hope you are safe and well. Missed seeing BGMC at GALA in Minneapolis. Imagine how great it will be in the rotunda when we get through all of this.

Certainly not the same as it was in the rotunda. This is kind of "meh".
Sounds gross

@@ErkyDoodle I have no doubt. I haven't seen this show in person yet, but I did see the Christmas version multiple times. Great as always.
They sound GROSS. They should go back in side.
