    Cool agates !! I used to find a few when I lived in Illinois. I used to hav a farm not far from keokuk Iowa. Geodes everywhere. Lots of fossil corals . But agates weren’t very common . We retired and moved to mount Ida Arkansas last fall . Picked area for fishing and scenic beauty. Then found out it’s the quartz capital of the world. So guess what I look for now ?? Lol !! 👍😎

      As far as strictly geode hunting, we only went to the green river, agates and such im not sure where we went unfortunately.

    I like "purdy" rocks. Y'all prolly say pretty rocks but the better looking they get the purdier they get. Lol! I dont really care what other folks call them as long as they're purdy! Purdy Jasper. Purdy Agate. Purdy Crystal. Purdy Chert. Even purdy Crowley Ridge Agate. That there last one should give y'all a clue as to the state I'm in! Lol! But I think i should pack my stuff and come hunt up there with yall! This comment is all in fun and I can use proper grammar but where's the fun in that!

    • @GeodeCrackerCollector
      @GeodeCrackerCollector  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hmmmm I'd have to ges you're down in Cajun Country Louisiana! Could be wrong, I know the Mississippi spits out those agates in a few different spots.. But, I think I'm right.. 😁😅 I enjoy the fun comments like these, thanks for stopping by my channel!
