@31:00 11.7 part 2 Sir primary alcohol and jin primary alcohol ka beta-carbon 1 degree ya 2 degree hota hai wo toh E2 elimination undergo karte hai na instead of E1 elimination ? So sir iss hisab se toh Butan-1-ol will undergo E2 elimination which is a single step process and doesn't involve carbocation intermediate, then how is rearrangement possible and how is But-2-ene the major product instead of but-1-ene. Kindly Explain.
