I agree! Some people are so childishly sensitive. That's simply the way they cook and eat in southeast Asia. I got very hungry looking at that. So simple, yet genuine food. The chicken dipped in that crushed mix with fresh chili and what not looked super good. Do you happen to know what those green leaves he cooked are?
I did like your video no-one told you how to use a hair dryer or heat gun to shrink your pop-bottle top to the water source to get a tight seal and you could do the same thing to the hose running from the pop bottle look up DIY shrink wrap using pop bottles

I’m watching build you water tank I assume, and I would like to suggest to dig more soil beside the tank and behind your house to give more space and throw more soil on the cliff of your location.. it looks scary that you seem little space on the middle of the cliff of the mountain. Your piggy’s were all so cute when they come to visit your kitchen and asking you to feed them already..
A good grass for holding open soil on the edge of flat ground a must for soil wash away in Monsoon season. Spent 23 months in Da=nang area; courtesy of the tourist board of the USMC; lol. Loved the country; quite lovely despite why I was there in 1966-68. Come from a do-it yourself family background. Hill country raised. Our smoke ho9use ffor meats was 4x4x8 Foot. Sheet metal roofing around the bottom inside to prevent it burning down; rough lumber build with 2 drying racks at 4 ft high and 6 ft high with chicken fencing for a surface to lay meats on. Did 62 Salmon in 5 days that way. 110 pounds wet meat dried to 45 pounds of Jerky smoked with White Oak. Fish with Alder; local woods trees used world wide I do think. Great job in general on Cistern. Bottom drain to clean out I suppose? Did not see one during build. God Blessed you with strength and skill.

If you have your needs met, you have enough! With God guiding you, you can’t fail. Have you ever wondered why the rear view mirror is so much smaller than the windshield? The past is the past, and the future is what you need to concentrate on. Everything happens for a reason, you might not know all the reasons, and you might never know the whole story. Here’s the thing, CONCENTRATE on moving forward with God and all the future has to hold. Before you were born God knew what your life would be and the plans he had in store for you. It’s hard because as humans we always have a need to know the why. Why is never ending. Concentrate on the who, what, where, when, and God. Now the freezer situation, backstrap soaked in buttermilk and then flowered and fried will make awesome deer fried steak! Here in Texas we hunt and my Daddy taught me how to cook everything that we harvested. Your blessed to have exactly what you need so you can think about what you need for the future. I do not understand the open concept of you home. Rodents, animals, dogs, cats, chickens, dirt and dust can all easily get into your home. And how do you keep the home warm when it is cold. You're wearing a jacket near the end of the video, so it must not be warm out.❤❤❤❤

I only have one question, but please it is not meant to be harmful nor any form of hatred... Why are your food containers not clean on the outside and your pot you are using for cooking seems a bit dirty on inside.. Would you be able to let your dogs stay outside of your home and especially your kitchen and give them their separate food outside of your home? I just find it all very unhygienic. I liked watching this video, but after seeing you feed your face and give scraps to your animals, I will have to give it with thumbs DOWN. Feed your animals first and stop giving them food when you are eating its a very bad habit to have constant pleading for food from your kitties.

When I saw you scrubbing your pot I remembered when I was very young my brothers and sisters used sand for cleaning hard to clean pots.
