Im 23 and lost both of my parents and all my grandparents and life looks and feels completely different. I also learned how to cook from all of them. Those memories made in the kitchen are beautiful. Cooking and remembering who taught you and that food is something I can share and pass down to my future children. Praise be to God that all of them are inside of me and inside the recipes they shared with me.

Brown sugar nooo the molasses in the sugar gives it an acrid taste. White sugar allows some of the flavor of the potatoes to come through not mask it.
