Occasionally I find myself swearing, usually out of frustration, but occasionally i fear my neighbours may hear ! I really don't want to do this, God has helped me to some degree ,but I have to keep praying on it....
Fear & anxiety are horrible things to live with. Check on whether you might be somehow contributing to it eg hanging around with the wrong people being involved with occult practises , eg tarot, horror movies, crime, "pychics"etc, stuff that we don't realise sometimes could contribute. May there's something in your past you need to confess to God? I usually tell them to go back to wherever they came from, which helps , or for God to smite down and deal with whoever or whatever might be sending it my way, seems to help.
