From the reception to our room was a couple of minutes walk, either using two sets of stairs or lifts. It is not ideal for the infirm or elderly in my opinion. There are different sections so some may be closer to reception but further from the restaurant so it’s swings and roundabouts. Either way you can’t avoid using stairs or lifts. A certain section of sunbeds are exclusive to premium guests whilst others are free but must be booked to use.
Sorry about the late reply my notifications are not set correctly. The wristband you wear is for contactless payment which is charged to your room, we used this to purchase drinks at the bar or in the restaurants.

There is no charge for this but instead of people getting up early and placing towels on the sunbeds you reserve them the day before via the swipe board or using your phone on the website. I thought it worked fine.
