Hey Travis hope you’re doing well and recovering from surgery. Like the videos and old glory waving in the wind at the beginning of each video never gets old.
Thank you Ronald! We have been working hard at it the last couple years and it is finally starting to pay off. Glad you are enjoying the videos and thank you for watching us grow!
Hi mate hope all is well down on the farm and the family doing great? And how's you doing after time off you up and back hard at it yet? Oh I'm sure the kids will take good care of things for the little lambs good responsibility lesson but something tells me there a dab hand at it. Thanks for for the update on progress and catch up with you all take care till next time stay safe. ps How does that happen with the lambs being rejected? What is the process now and when do they go back in with the rest?
Hey Hulk, you're late lol someone else beat you to the first comment for once. We are doing well, recovery is going well too but I can't walk yet due to doctors orders. He just wants to take it slow which I understand and don't want to have more issues so I'm listening. The kids do a wonderful job helping and the wife is honesty doing all the work for the most part right now. Multiple reasons can cause a lamb to be rejected but typically when one is so much smaller than the other at birth it will inadvertently push the smaller one out of the way when they are eating. After missing most of a feeding the lamb will become slower and slower. After a while mom will lose patience and abandon that lamb. That is what we are pretty certain of in this case however there can be other reasons.
@@FreedomFarmsMo Thanks for the info and reply and i hope you get back to health and normal life as can be nothing worse they laid up with million things to do and for me is sometimes worse than the op🤣
We're pretty sure spot was pushed out of the way by his brother and made it to where he didn't get a chance to eat really which made him weaker and lethargic.
