    Took me forever to find the video I needed. I didn't realize I had to put the fork up into that part. Thanks so much. I replaced the metal band to leather on my boyfriends great grandpas watch with your help. ❤

    Recently I moved to a locality with no watch fixing places nearby. I was apprehensive of changing the band myself, but after watching your video was happy to do the job myself. Thank You.

    Hi.. I wanna take a couple of links out. There are arrows on each side of the inside strap but no cut outs to remove the links. There's no pins either. Really don't know why this is. Any help would be very much appreciated

    What if I don't have a small parts tray?

      use medium parts tray or large parts tray. if any of those are not available use a kitchen sink.

    Can the watch band initially on the watch be seperated individually on the links? I would like to know if the links on the chain can be cut or seperated to shorten the length of the band

    Hello is it safe to assume all steel bracelets will fit the watch as long as it has the same lug width? i want to replace my steel sheet bracelet with a solid oyster but the manufacturer only makes solid bracelets for their higher end models, I was thinking about using those instead. Thank you 😊

    Hi, Do you have a video on removing watch bracelet links where there are no more sizing links?

    Can I switch a watch band that attaches to pin on the outsides instead of the inside like this? The watch part holds the middle of the pin instead of the ends (Guess watch).

    I have a fossil, the straps have a design where u pull down a little "lever" and you don't need tools. Can I just buy a bracelet from a different company, get those little pieces and connect them? (I'm not great at watch parts, sorry)

    How can you tighten the bracelet to the watch? I have noticed a lot of older datejust have a gap between the watch and the bracelet.

    • @Esslinger
      @Esslinger  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Usually its just a pin that has worn and bent over time. Replace the pin can solve this.
