By the time of the movie, two years has passed since the beginning of the series. So Mikey's 15, Leo and Don are 16, Raph is 17 and April is 18.

It's sort of like that feeling where something is so good you feel the urge to just- scream. Because it's that awesome.
This is why Mikey was written as the Last Ronin. Despite being considered the turtle only there for comic relief by most, he dragged himself through hell to avenge his brothers.
To think that if Mikey hadn't had hope and actually tried to free Leonardo.. Well, it's a big thought.
This little fellow who his eldest brother felt couldn't pick up a game by himself managed to get his brother out of a prison dimension and somehow didn't die while doing so.
That, my friends, is called skill.
His brothers took part of the burden of opening it that’s why he doesn’t die but his optimism is what gave his brothers the hope to open the portal with him so yeah he’s boss

Mikey is literally the goat to the whole show and movie, without him there would be no movie, and he has mad skills whenever it’s about mystic stuff. In my opinion, he’s really underrated!
This made me cry so hard. This song combined with Mikey's character arc and struggle hits me in the feels because I have gone through being the youngest sibling and feeling like Mikey does in the show/movie. Absolute Masterpiece.

You know, Mikey‘s right. Without Baron Draxcum, splinter would not be a rat and the turtles would never be mutated. So if you think about it Barron is kind of somewhat a father to the turtles. And without baron they wouldn’t have Splinter. I understand the pain and the suffering Splinter went through, but only then he realized he has the turtles because of Barron.

So, how's it going so far?
Finished what I could a while ago, but Netflix doesn’t have season two, so I haven’t been able to see the rest of series! Gathered what I could from clips on the internet, but not the full stuff, which sucks, because I can tell it’s awesome! The movies great too. I love these guys designs vs any other ones I’ve seen and the action is great!

Rewatching ur edits for all the brothers, and aside from each thumbnail being their eyes i noticed that both raph and leo had songs from encanto, while donnie and mikey have theirs from ajr. Not sure if you intended that but it was an interesting thing for me to find
