It took me 3 years to get my doll I ordered from Nikki. I paid for a box packing video, like almost $100 for her to do a box packing video on her channel that never happened and never got the money back. She put birth marks all over the doll and I didn't want them. She is slow and never ever responds to her emails or offers to fix anything.
I am very disappointed in Nikki and still moments Nursery. It took 3 years to get my doll. It had birth marks that I did not ask for. She didn't do the box packing video that I paid for and never got reimbursed. I wouldn't buy anything from Nikki.
