    The pay gap has been debunked so many times. It's a multi varied reason why women make less. But with affirmative action watered down standards in jobs that take physicality women can do these jobs. But we live in a probabilistic world. Women are more likely to CHOOSE lower paying fields, jobs that aren't physical, avoid stem jobs. The world is never going to be even for men and women because men and women are different. As a society we talk like things should, could, would be a certain way but people should focus more on what events actually occur and not always what they FEEL should occur.

    He is 100% right in that what a stupid stance to take? CEOs and actors? The guy working next to you at burger king is making exact same wage. Protesting for Angelina Jolie? You make 7 dollars an hour next to a man making same? Really? You want a living wage or your "team" to win?

  • @Claymorw

    Imagine using the argument, women make less a ceo by 500 $, on a 800k average per year…..

    • @florenbaron7111
      @florenbaron7111 ปีที่แล้ว

      Women make way more money as prosti/tutes, esco/rts, on on/lyfans, etc. Counts that and see how the math changes. Plus, every year trillions of dollars are given to women by men and a small fraction of money is given to men by women. If you really care about the facts then use your mind.

    So if toxic masculinity exists, doesn't that imply toxic feminity exists? If not, are we to assume only men can have a toxic nature? Kind of one sided. How would that present itself? Divorce rate in the US is 35%-50%. and crime, particularly theft and shoplifting have increased to insane levels. Media has not presented the very real issues that can occur when a household is reduced to a single parent household. One parent cannot do all the tasks at the same speed or same financial level or attention level as two parents; simple math. Fatherlessness is killing the US and you can see it in the kind of problems the youths have. And while I concede a small amount of people can dig deep within themselves to meet the need head on, many fall short.

    I like Rollo and his points a lot, but goodness gracious he needs a media/PR team to train him how to do shows like this. He comes off way too smug and his body language (and eye rolling) just comes off very unlikeable. If he makes these simple fixes, people will listen more!

      I can only image how difficult it must be to keep a straight face with so many people denying reality and continuing the whole narrative that got us here.Rollo wants to fix things, these people just sound like a echo chamber. I believe Dr. Phil pnaders to women so much because his audience is mostly women. But he's doing more harm than good to them
