Because lots of brick machines manufacturer are telling we are giving this amount pressure but actually they are not giving as per their commitment and we are loosing our hard earned money in a low cost machine.

Small vibration will help you to fill material more so that it gets compacted properly. When Flyash is wet it does not fill properly if the mould, if the vibration is given during the time of feeding mix it will fill properly and it can be compressed to get better strength.

We have used 40%crasher dust sludge(75micron) and 40%M sand and opc cement and lime but we have achieved proper strength (approx-15mpa) but we got high weight (approx- 3.5 kg for 8x4x4inch size brick. So please suggest how to reduce the weight...
water ratio is depending on the moisture content in your raw materials and physical appearance. if you use concrete penetrometer its shows you how compression is differed with the pressure of your hydraulic press. If more water added and compressed with high pressure also your penetrometer result will be less because of softness.

Which one is good machine ?
1. Hydraulic press machine
2. Hydraulic press with vibration

You can use any water . Get the water tested in any lab to determine the usage of it in construction.
