17:22 I just got confirmation that Magical spring DOES NOT prevent Radiance to pop cards. Radiance will resolve popping any targeted card but the trap itself won't be popped
With this particular starting hand, Saffira first move was the Ash bait, because she's still usable in GY. Ash Saffira, use Barrier, grab Lo, use Lo to place the Trap, use the Trap to shuffle in the Ritual Spell in hand, get Skull anyway. Beyond that, Voiceless player just not using his tools available or what? Maybe I missed some activations, but it felt like Branded did whatever while Voiceless just sat on unused interruption at critical junctions.
@23:00 Mondo would be great to tag out into a live omni + Lo to protect SP from battle but at this point there is no properly ritual-summoned monster in GY (guardian was banished). Still, you can bounce Albion with Mondo (Lo + Sauravis), SP (2nd Lo into Linkuriboh + Guardian) to banish Gugnol (because Cartesia will be added), Typhon on Mondo bounce Chimera, Typhon run over Quaeritis (triggers only on card effect removal) and SP run over Quem. SP vs their top deck + Cartesia seems good.
It’s kind of crazy how VV can keep up with how explosive branded is. Post LEDE it’ll be even crazier being able to recycle everything from the GY or banished.
lol dyna mondo would not be pressured by by mirrorjade at all after it used its first effect, but banishing that with sp is such a massive risk and a misplay
That would actually prove my point. In the case of Sp in that exact situation(pretending it was special summoned from the extra deck) if SP targeted itself and titaniklad sp would banish by itself. SP only fizzles if 1 of the targets isn't there when resolving.
@@fortant691 it doesn't. S:P must banish both just like you said to resolve. In the same way Radience must destroy both itself and as many cards targets as possible (at least 1) otherwise it does nothing and stays on the field. But since spring means the card cannot be destroyed it cannot resolve properly and fizzles out.
@@razer72260 it does not have to banish both for the same reason the unchained trap doesn't have to be able to destroy both. The valid targets just have to still be on board when resolving.
Magical Spring's effect protect from battle is for trap monsters that's still treated as trap cards, like Eldlich traps
yeah i just didnt remember it saying that lmaoooooo

Insane branded lines from night fall

Night fall been getting hella air time.
that mf a whiny baby if a game isnt going exactly his way or there is a misunderstanding tho. but good for him regardless
@@ericpontarelli1690 tbf, he was pretty cordial this match, in all likelihood because absoluteBucket isn't a random, but still...

Love the Branded clips
Yoo that match was insane, love to see clean Branded Gameplay
I love the branded, what a great duel.
Now this is YuGiOh ngl. So much going on and so many lines. I almost exclusively play Branded nowadays so rhis was nice

magical spring is giving me adventure format flashbacks

Does anyone have nightfalls list?
Where can I see the decklist of the nightfall deck?
What's your top 10 favourite replays you got?
7:25 They couldnt have activated mirrorjade since they used it last turn
anyone have an idea why VV player didnt use the trap to pop both fusion on the field game one?
Opening was in GY to protect from destruction
The top decks were going insane in this match! Very good match to learn from.
This was such a fucking cool match to watch. And who says you gotta play fire 😅
Honestly this is one of the reasons i like the odd eyes ritual, can negate the effect and its follow up
why did night fall not activate mj game 1 after sp banish? wouldnt that pressure dyna mondo?
lol dyna mondo would not be pressured by by mirrorjade at all after it used its first effect, but banishing that with sp is such a massive risk and a misplay
14:06 Enter battle phase. I declare an attack on your facedown s/t 😂
Why didn't he declare the Mirrorjade effect upon being hit with S:P?
timestamp?
At 7:16, you even had the same reaction I had lol
Question:
If veiler/imperm negates Lo on field; can Lo still fit the full requirements to special skull guardian when tributed?
No
Wow, these games were soo awesome and crazy
Iove that guys name absolute bucket
The branded player went nuts in the second game he totally lost control :(
i like this really nice match series
I wish you could get them to come back and play game 3
This MU looks so rough for vv not gonna lie
yeah branded is hardest vv matchup
branded and floo are the hardest matchups for the deck imo
the typhoon in game 1 had to be on skull as it is the highest attack
DBG literally said before and after the typhon summon that the despian fusion dropped skull guardian's attack to 0...
At game 1 how did he activate 2 branded fusions it was an illegal play
it was negated
so they can use it again
Night Fall doesnt play spoli? Interesting
As a Branded player I will never attempt to give my opponent ash with Sanctifire lmao!
Also Quatortoise??? Lmao
i literally cannot say its name so i just say "quddel" lol
@@TheDBGrinder every Branded video call it a different name lmao.
10:53 😂😂😂
I wanna buy branded after this video
Dont its too hard to play
Night fall is such a good player
Im still suprised Branded Fusion is at 3 in the TCG and it's "fine". Dbarrier is really keeping it in check?
nah nobody plays d barrier , honestly it’s ash and the fact it can’t play much non engine in many formats
Maybe just call main deck Sauravis "sage"
Amazing games
Can he opresión dandy? Don’t think so
All the top decks in game 1 😭 😭
Night fall is the 2nd best branded player
Nice
Game 1 was scripted
Branded best deck
I might be bad at yugi-mons 😂 but doesn’t the vv barrier spell protect from targeting effs, cause I seen the branded player target a lot every game.
Moat branded cards don't target opponent's stuff, Magnum only targetted the spells(no protection on them)
yubel replay?🥺👉🏻👈🏻
More VV or Centurion please :)
It was a goof match indeed
We need to get N3sh back on branded. The true Despian god
i legit cant watch ur VV videos because i cant stand the way you pronounce SAURAVIS, i mean bro theres only one R in the name, its not SURARVIS
God watching branded play just makes me so angry. I hate that deck. Cancer!!!
17:17 im pretty sure you can use the pop despite not being able to destroy radiance.
You can't its like S:P its says destroy both. Since the trap can't destroy itself the card cannot resolve
