Mate, that is nuts, and awesome to know, I prefer to put it threw the nose as where I go is a lot of current, that half beed tip is amazing, great stuff, thank you!!
Hey mate, I do use both depending on the location and rig, if I am using a float usually a j hook, if it is an area with less snags and I don't feel like holding the rod I might use a circle. Thanks for watching
Good tip. Zip ties work real well also. You can just use the tie as a harness andnhsve the hook on the ztie or use the zip tie tight around the hook snd cut the end just like your bead idea. Except i might use beads from now on as its a lot cheaper thsn zipties. Thanks. Really love the idea of the tooth pick in the back. Rhsts awesome you can be confident its not going to come off. Thats great. Thanks!
Do you have any tips on when to strike when using live baits?Do I strike when my rod is bending or it is already screaming drag?I use J hooks on live yakka
Some people like to keep a firm drag and they will set the hooks themselves, but not so tight it will rip the rod out of the holder, take the time to make sure your rod holder is well buried or secured. Some people like to let the fish run and then crank the drag down and strike.
Nice video mate I can see this working a bloody treat. Thanks for sharing. Any chance you could subscribe to me and share some of my videos cheers Tight Lines Smokin’ Reels.
