man is turkey trying to bankrupt american firearms manufacturers or something? they keep pumping out these lovely gems like theyre candy! they are great looking and very affordable but most importantly, atleast from my experience, they are dead reliable. why the hell would i go with a more expensive manufacturer for basically the same thing aside from brand recognition? love these things!

also Browning 380 BDA 13 rounds magazine will fit this gun, not sure about the 10 rd mag, but for sure the 13 rd mag will perfectly. Bought one of these guns some 2 yrs ago and out of the 50 or so handguns i own, this is still my favorite. I would put it up against any handgun any day.
BERSA thunder plus....have one love it.....extremely reliable with all ammo I have used in it.....would highly recommend....I have the combat model...with fixed sights.....they also make a S/S one with adjustable sights....if that is your cup of tea....

Looks similar to an Astra 75.....I have a Bersa thunder plus.....love the high capacity 380....very underrated....with today's ammo you give up very little if anything at all....less recoil....less weight....I see very little negatives if any....

I just purchased a Brand New Girsan MC14 .380acp pistol in all Black from a Gun Shop in Spring 2016 for $299. However it is labeled as being Distributed by Chiappa Firearms of Dayton, Ohio. It came in a Black Plastic box - but not as laid out or fancy as the one you are showing in the video. Mine came with 2 Magazines. Did Girsan switch distributors in the USA from Chiappa Firearms to Zenith ??? Is the Finish on the Gun you have in the Video - a Nickel or Chrome Plating, and Not Stainless Steel ???
Not Nickle it's a .Hard chrome finish which I prefer which is the same finish I have on my Metro Arms Combat Commander 1911 which is jst a great firearm.
Not exactly the same pistol although the same mfg and model number. My understanding is the Chiappa has something like a 3.8 inch barrel whereas the Zenith is 3.4 inch barrel which indicates to me the weight would differ as well otherwise appear to be the same pistol.
I recently just ordered one and when I received it is was function checking it and noticed when I would release the magazine the slide lock pin was walking it's way out. by the time I would eject it about 8 times the magazine would no longer eject by its self and the slide would not lock back. I sent it back and they said they repaired it but when I got it back its doing the same thing. I haven't even shot it yet. have you had any problems with this ?
None. I would call them and have a lengthy conversation. That shouldn't be. Granted when they send me something they know it's going on the web, but I know the Zenith guys and have always had a good experience with them. Send it back again. I'll contact them too.

I'm wondering whose big name 380 the MC18 clones since the Turkish manufacturers specialize in copying successful firearms already in existence. Beautifully made firearm, but it doesn't have the blowback design that the Walther PPK, Bersa Firestorm,........ have. They are inherently more accurate to shoot because the barrel is part of the frame. The drawbacks are less ammo capacity and, in the case of the PPK, a little finicky with ammo What is the barrel length of this Zenith MC14 firearm?

No, satin is definitely better looking and feeling. Maybe the production process is too expensive? Or maybe it just isn't popular. I miss my satin finished Ruger KGP-141...

Nice review, great looking gun. l have the Bersa Thunder combat which has a 15 double stack. The Zenith looks like a nice piece as well as a nice looking gun. GB, I spoke w/Ryan @ Zenith 1/10/17. He says Beretta Cheetah grips will fit as well as Cheetah Magazines.

wood grips from the Browning BDA will fit..also, the magazine from the BDA will also work in this gun, as will the Beretta 84 magazines

Yes, they are with Zenith now. I think it's Nickel, incredible shine.

+Mary A sounds like lousy gunsmiths. Most of the Turkish guns are clones of other makes. For this gun I imagine Beretta parts would do just fine.
