This is because people are playin god with people’s life’s, that’s why we feel this way. Somebody done something to me very mean when I was about three or so, to rearrange my life back in the 80’s.

This happened to me started in 2014 in jan started with a deceptive witchcraft dream and was targeted with this for years from a wizard who hired a team against me and my twin. We are still separated and that wizard is STILL conducting black magic against him as well as an earthbound that he married and I still in love with . Hi! Thank you for this reiki. It had been randomly showing up in my reccomended, for no reason. 😊
I didn't know I needed this, or that these things, were possible. As soon, as I played this, it felt like something has been removed from me. And there has been this weird feeling in my ear, that felt like a giant snake or worm, crawled up in there. But, after I started meditating to this, it felt like this thing, was pulled out by force.
Kinda creepy, not know what weird thing was in my ear, but seems to be taken care of. Thankfully! I had noticed signs of hexes and shadows being sent after me (recently). So, I don't know if that's connected.

How did you notice shadows? Sorry to ask.. I'm in a similar situation and the things your describing sound familiar?
@@kasey2855 I would see them moving. Like a person speed walking by, for example. They're always humanoid shaped, or just really long/tall. The shadows move fast and do stand out a lot. Usually, aren't too hard to spot, unless there's more than one. And they all usually come in seperated groups, hence, harder for them to be spotted.
Now, as to double check and find them...
It helps, if you're in a room with a nightlight. That's to see them better. Or, even just a lightly dimmed area, will work. They stand out more, that way. Based, on my own experiences.
Also, the feeling of being watched always happens, right before they'll start following you. They're more active at night as well. They also, tend to avoid overly bright areas, hence why I I reccommend searching in a dimmed room.
Other signs are the temperature in the room drops, they're usually more negative energies, you'll be affected with fear dark thoughts, etc. That's only if you don't have spiritual protection though. Also, they'll act up more when you start praying, sometimes. Not all of these shadows are evil, so not all of them react harshly to prayers. In some other cases they are actually spirits or ghosts, in a semi-spectral form. Something to make sure of, too.
If you are dealing with this, please be careful with these things. In some cases they're actually more of a shadow demon. Though that's rare, it still a thing to be careful about.
Another thing, to note: If this last for more than a few days, it might be one sign of magickal or psychic work, being done. Make sure to look up signs of someone using magick on you, before assuming this though. Unless you are a witch and/or know another witch, it really rare for someone to use magick on you (good or bad).
If more activity happens, such as items disappearing, objects moving by themselves, unexplainable noises, they're more than just shadows. Most shadows can't interact with anything physical. In fact a lot of times they will hover or move nonstop, so it's not in theyre own interest to do so. Based, on their usual behaviour anyway. Usually, it's something more serious. Its best, to find religious protection protocols and use them.

I live with my mom and suffer grave PTSD from multiple problems and chronic pain.
