The ironic thing is America actually has very good demation laws in most states. As in its REALLY hard to win a defamation law suit. So janette would never win any of the law suits even if they went to trial. To win a defamation case you have to PROVE, the other person was deliberately lying AND show that their was a finacial loss because of it. So saying the truth is not defamation, and saying an opinion isnt defamation which is what all these instances are. I’ve been watching Kitti’s content forever and I let out a guffaw at Laurens comments about the ‘drinking blood’ and ‘demonic content’. All of that is a joke from Kitti, and if Lauren doesn’t have the awareness to realize that, maybe she shouldn’t be recommending child safety products to people. I used to be a fan of hers-I thought her stories were entertaining-but the first red flag was when she referred to her children getting vaccinated as ‘getting poked’ and making a bunch of unnecessary (borderline hazardous) ‘detox’ recommendations for her kids afterwards. It’s one thing to comfort your kid after getting a needle (a warm bath, a treat, etc.) but giving them essential oils-which are controversial for ingestion in adults, let alone children-is just an unneeded risk. I even defended her at first during the whole car seat issue, because-at first-it did just seem like people saw a chance to drag a woman down and took it, sadly very common online. I started seeing holes in the story though, started being more of a critical thinker, and what do you know-boom, truth unfolds super quickly after that.

there is absolutely no situation in which a mortician and/or funeral director would be “called” to any kind of crime scene or mysterious incident. like 80% of the people that come to the home came from the hospital, an assisted living facility, or their home. most funeral homes have employees that move the person from their deathbed to the mortuary. if not, there are businesses that the undertaker can contact who will help. usually directors are too busy actually running the place to make round trips. hope that helped~

Bruh… that Emailer was only trying to help. A warning is not necessarily the same as a threat! This is essentially the PR equivalent of her being told “you have to wait to cross the street or you might get hit by a car” and freaking out and going “oh my god, you threatened to run me over!”
Sometimes a warning is just advice. It’s been proven time and time again that if you don’t get ahead of and say something about controversy on the internet that any outrage and content about it will only continue to snowball. It’s actually rather nice of the person to be thinking about her and trying to give her advice to handle things instead of just being angry. They would have every right to just be mad and call her out but they actually tried to help her with PR advice! And they got threatened with a lawsuit and jail! Not sure how that would even work. Can’t really sue someone for…. asking you to apologize for something… and even if they had threatened to make hate videos…. that’s not exactly the sort of “crime” you’d get jail for…..
And blackmail doesn’t really apply to demanding she stop doing something already public and known and “threatening” to make negative posts about it if she doesn’t….. it’s not really blackmail if the threat is just…. more calling out of already widely known behavior, even if that had been what they’d done. Something has to be at risk of being exposed or held hostage for it to be blackmail. Even if it was somehow blackmail…. I really don’t think anyone’s gonna get jail over that unless the blackmail is more severe (like political blackmail or something) or has other crimes involved. “Blackmail” threatening to make a hate video unless you apologize would probably only get a fine and maybe some kind of restriction like a certain amount of time without going online or something if it got any penalty. It qualifying as blackmail is already absurd but the idea it would be severe enough to get someone a jail sentence is just absolutely ludicrous!

I’ve been watching Kitti’s content forever and I let out a guffaw at Laurens comments about the ‘drinking blood’ and ‘demonic content’. All of that is a joke from Kitti, and if Lauren doesn’t have the awareness to realize that, maybe she shouldn’t be recommending child safety products to people.
I used to be a fan of hers-I thought her stories were entertaining-but the first red flag was when she referred to her children getting vaccinated as ‘getting poked’ and making a bunch of unnecessary (borderline hazardous) ‘detox’ recommendations for her kids afterwards. It’s one thing to comfort your kid after getting a needle (a warm bath, a treat, etc.) but giving them essential oils-which are controversial for ingestion in adults, let alone children-is just an unneeded risk.
I even defended her at first during the whole car seat issue, because-at first-it did just seem like people saw a chance to drag a woman down and took it, sadly very common online. I started seeing holes in the story though, started being more of a critical thinker, and what do you know-boom, truth unfolds super quickly after that.
I see a lot of people confused as to why she would blatantly lie with evidence to the contrary right there for the world to see, especially with the recent, wild claims/defenses.
Here's the thing: people like her 100% believe in what they say. Delusional for sure, but she has completely gaslit *herself* to publicly claim what she's saying. I really hope she takes a break and gets the help she needs.
