The bhoongra batata must be tastier than the ones you get in the cities of Gujarat because the potatoes are roasted on a wood fire, not boiled. What a unique taste! Even the chillies are roasted. 😋
This is the first time I have seen whole bananas dipped in besan batter and fried and then slit & stuffed with green chilly paste etc. Unique. 👌👌
I didn't like the last one. Especially the cheese, which spoilt the whole village cuisine experience.😮
