So many people don’t know that licking is extremely soothing to dogs and that lick mats as an enrichment activity is awesome and super good for a dog! Keep it up you’re taking very great care of your pup!
i use to have scheduled snacks with my dogs and would hear this all the time. the last time was almost 2 years ago. i miss my dogs. i wish i could lock myself in time in those midnight snacks with them.
I understand your feelings. This year, I lost my Shiba Inu that I had for 19 years. It was a dog that our family raised, and it was with us from my childhood to when I entered the workforce. It was the most adorable dog in the world. I miss it so much that I can't even bring myself to look at its photos. Maybe I'm not ready to face the pain of losing it yet. But even so, we still need to cherish the people and things around us. It's the most important thing we can do right now and a way to heal ourselves. We shouldn't let ourselves be trapped in memories and instead find the motivation to move forward in life. Would you agree with that?
@@marlborohh it gets better. the pain never went away for me. i just learned to live with it. last dog i had was attacked and eaten by coyote(s) and that was almost a year ago. i wish i could honestly say yes to this but i'd just be lying right now. hopefully, soon. it can't rain everyday.
@@MediumMonitor I feel so sorry for what you have experienced. I know pain will not be forgotten, but it was an unforeseen accident. You must try to move on from the sadness as soon as possible. If this sound can remind you of your dog and help you overcome the pain, then you can come to listen and chat anytime. Your pets would also want you to be happy, just as its were with you before.
@@marlborohh you know what would be nice? to go to a dog park just to hang out with all the dogs. too bad the crazies also go there and i really don't want to deal with them or their (unfortunately) unsocialized, aggressive, and typically larger dog breeds (because nothing says gangster than using larger animals to add to your non-existent personality/street cred). i really wished those places had guards to people could be guaranteed to behave civilly. thanks, though. am not really into ASMR stuff and have found those things to be weird but I've found the sounds of animals i grew up with to be a source of comfort. thanks.
I understand this practice may be healthy for their jaw and teeth but put yourself in the dog shoes. It takes a whole lot of time to dig in and get the food out. It can be frustrating for the doggie. This is a cute dog and love his patience. ❤️

We spend a lot of time to try and play and practice with her.She loves it.
