You could actually easily bring all that cash to the bank. Just declare it as laundromat income, pay normal taxes on it, and it's your cash. As far as the IRS is concerned, you'd be A-OK. It's still illegal but it's not tax fraud or bank fraud.

I worked as an RN in the Texas correctional system, it would be tough.
Actually Connie was already busted. She found a way around it and also paid extortion money to the police to look the other way. Small towns with corrupt police departments are pretty common.
