That time seemed eons away now, though. He had wanted to be able to save everyone, but had been too late. He thrust his sword into the ground and released an ear shattering cry. He was suddenly filled with a strong desire to find the people who had killed his kin. He stands up, a bit wobbly on his feet and pulls his sword from the ground. He puts it on his back and trudges onward. The attackers could not have gone far. As he moves, he hears the sound of voices. His pace quickens and he finds himself running towards the sound. He jumps into the midst of the remaining enemies and avenges his family. Suddenly, he feels something slide through his armor, a sword. It leaves his armor and he feels an arrow strike him in the chest. He falls to the ground to catch his breath. Now was his time to shine. With his remaining strength, he slams his sword through the soft ground with such force that the planet tremors. The lava underground blasts up through the crust. He falls back, staring at the unknown beauty. As the world becomes blurry, he smiles. He had defeated the enemy. His eyes glaze over, and his last breath escapes from his lungs. He had joined those he had lost in the afterlife.

A black Warden stand alone in middle of the castle been surrounding by enemy and flames, a samurai general said :
" Surrender! You forces have been destroyed, only you left! "
The black warden inserted his sword into the ground and then looked in the direction of the general, then looked around his surroundings, then he put he sword up slowly and ready to fight. The general found it strange, the person standing in front of him was not only a soldier, not just a warrior, it was something more than that. The general asked:
" what you name ? "
The black warden answer :
" We're a Warden. We serve our masters with bones, blood, flesh and swords! We're don't have name."
The general bowed respectfully to the Warden then say:
" Then i will call you ' Kowareta tsubasa o mostu tenshi ' !"
The battle begun and the Samurai have to retreat, the King of Knights came into the castle and shocked, the Warden still survive, he still fight and holds the castle in 3 day with an arrow all over his back, a sword and spear in his chest but he still standing, holding he swords. The Warden slowly put the sword, spear and arrow out his body then come to the King. He bowed his head to the king and knelt down to speak:
"The castle have been protected, Your Majesty! but these loyal soldiers died, I hope we can do something to honor them." The Warden say with hoarse and painful voice.
The King gave Warden a cold look and turned around speak :
"Why won't you die too?"
The king left without a care for the Warden who tried to fight for him but have to carry all suffered pain and wounds.
The Warden Looking at the king who is leaving, but The Warden is not angry or hatred for the king, he slowly goes to bury every soldier sacrificed to protect the castle. The sky began to rain. The Warden looked up to the sky and prayed for his warriors. A shadow appeared, asking:
"Why didn't you kill him?"
the Warden answer: "I'm Warden, I never betrayed my king."
The black shadow said: "Even if he betrays you?"

On the white stairs, I roared up at the smoke-filled sky.
This was like my dreams after all - burning them, as the wild gods demanded.
The church spires caught then, churches like the ones I hated. White flame roared, wailing and screaming, against a black starless sky. Buildings collapsed - windows exploded outward, in fountains of glass. Our troops roared with me, in triumph.
One by one, the Generals joined me on the white palace stairs. And my black-armored heroes stood beside me, bloodied and tired. Watching the white fire in open-mouthed awe.
The shrill screams of the dying filled my ears, and filled me with pleasure.
It was my pleasure, to burn.

The Crusader Knight was surrounded by a dozen
of still living, but tired, enemies...
ready for the slaughter.
With crimson red and white layers of cloth
dripping with fresh blood ...
He stood alone, fatigued,
with scars, gashes, with old and fresh wounds.
Raising both arms to the red-orange sky...
Heavy and bloodied sword in hand...
He closed his weary eyes and prayed out loud:
"Father,
I have done my duty,
I have kept my vow
and I am ready to die...
Take me home!"
Nothing more to do
than to drop his magnificent sword
to the dusty ground,
prompting his enemies
to ambush him one after another ...
Words of pure hatred
are hovering on his enemies' tongues
as they shout them,
while swords and daggers plunge
into the Lone Warrior's defenseless body.
Metals clashing as they all take a turn ...

they shout their victory chant

But their shouts are soon silenced.
their faces have a terrible look, horrified ...
as they begin to notice,
The Head looks not of that of a victim of hate,
but of one of a victor, his bloody face,
with a permanent mocking, smile.
He died... knowing his sacrifice was complete.
For the three he saved,
were en route to their ultimate destination,
For in their possession was the precious map,
a golden crown, the sought after signet ring
and the shout of VICTORY! on their lips.
