@@AudioAdvice The model 30 amp is high up on my list - looking at pairing it with an Atoll ST300 Signature High-res streamer and a pair of Focal Sopra 1 (+ the Sopra SW1000) ☺
@@AudioAdvice Thanks. I've been considering this pair for a while, Was a little surprised to see the price has gone up 20% for the pair. I guess the dollar/yen exchange is hitting Japanese gear in addition to chip shortages. The Denon 110th anniversary pair has also gone up 20% since release.
@@danieloherrick6332 Daniel- it is a combination of the chip shortages, but mostly the huge increases in just shipping costs. Containers used to cost about 5K to get from Asia to the US, now it is 35K or more for just one.

The final problem is I have 4 at this this time UNUSED boxed bookshelf speakers. My Marantz 6013 is full at 9.2. I want to expand to 13.2 OR a minimum of a NEW 5- channel amplifier. I want to stream. As of today, I do just DVD movies and CD music. Please suggest A MARANTZ ONLY product

Class D YEAH. I was the same way. I got a new pair of Legacy Focus SE was powering them with a class A/B monolith monoprice 7 ch amp. Great amp! The issue was I got a spike pop everytime I powered my Legacy Focus towers up with it. Playback was fine was just on start up. I talked to Legacy and they talked me into trying their Power bloc 2 out 650 wpc class D. The pop on start up was gone and the difference was night and day. tighter low end MUCH BETTER IMAGING! I AM A BELIEVER IN CLASS D NOW!
@@anthonymartino9917 With 15 years of experience in hifi industry, never heard class D amplifier sound better than class A or A/B except if the amplifier is cheap or has a problem in circuit design, of course class d amps improved in this years, but they never reached class A or A/B. I'am so happy that you had a good experience with class d amp, sound is subjective matter and every one thinks different.

I have the SACD player. SACDs, CDs and Flacs all sound awesome. I have no complaints about HEOS. I preferred the Silver/Gold over the Black.

I want to upgrade my Marantz 6015 from 9.2 to 11.2. Could the model 30 accomplish that upgrade. ?
