I remember a couple of years ago on PowerTour (?) when Ruby's rig crapped the bed, you guys bought it for $3500 with an LS swap and stock everything else. I never expected it to last past that tour but here it is years later!

I subbed right after he left Cleetus's crew (loved how well they handled it!) and watched some videos and it felt like he was just trying to find his groove in videos. So I didn't struggle through the early videos and then he started LS-swapping things and that just isn't interesting to watch. I like Coop but don't find myself watching his content, hopefully his channel has found its stride though!

I'm 61 and I'm right there with you... I have to admit I haven't religiously followed a racer other than Jeff Gordon and his fabulous Nascar career... Cleetus and his merry band of misfits is just so rewarding to watch the TEAM grow... Everyone has evolved and grown so much from their first days... it's so entertaining to watch their enthusiasm and true excitement... looking 👀 forward to traveling from Commifornia to personally attend a few events... Doubt old will see this - but I'm really liking his personal growth in the last 6 months. He's really growing into a strong owner/team manager - not that he wasn't before. But the way he praises his team when they do things as drivers that are good for the car (lifting, being safe, etc.) instead of when he used to just get hyped and laugh. He was never HARD on his guys (at least on camera) but just some language tweaks that are impressive to see as he grows into the role. Love to see it.

Man, the crew is really starting to sync up. I know it's all explosions and giggles on the show, but you can see when Ty is getting under Ruby just how integral each member of the crew is. Including Sam!
