Keeps happening on my pumps, several sometimes rebooting helps but now its just stuck!! Do you know why this is happening, I was told it's harware issue but I doubt it!!
Sorry sir do not have an idea why that error message popped up on the pump. let me ask any technician who comes to fix anything to my station. Thank you for following my channel and encouraging my future work.
CR02 is a blanket communication error. Anything that causes a break in communication. Ethernet cable unplugged at either end, incorrect IP (that’s why Omnia is king) or even the power unplugged will cause a CR02. When it says error in the secure menu; if you know IP is correct and all cables are seated. With power on, dismount card reader and power cycle. Press the 1 then remount the card reader. This forces a CR05. Reactivate and viola! The recovery service bulletins work, but they waste 30-45 minutes. Dismount and remount after pressing the one, if that doesn’t get it back up, it’s a replacement.
Thank you so much for your efforts.
Remember, when you shut down the commander, wait until the status lights go off. It has to totally power off or you will brick your commander.
Was that fuel controller you reset

Useless TH-cam video
was anyone able to figure it out?
Ussually if a reboot doesn’t work you will need a tech to recover, or replace the card reader. Usually this is due to old firmware on the pump.
Did u fix it?.
Yes
Ty it didnt work but ty for trying.
My pumps are doing this and restart didnt work. If anyone finds the answer please post!
I will and thank you
CR-02 needs to have the IP address reassigned.
